Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.ecuffs-escooterstore.com. At E-Cuffs Technologies Inc., we strive to provide high-quality locks for the e-scooter and e-bike industry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email us at ecuffs.returns@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    • Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Securely package the item(s) and include your RA number. Ship the item(s) to: E-Cuffs Technologies Inc. 165 Legion Road N, Unit 2224 M8Y0B3, Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Timeframe:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances (e.g., items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at ecuffs.returns@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product defect or damage.
